"Enhancing communication between the IRBs at MSU and Researchers"

Please join the MSU College of Law and the MSU Human Research Protection Program for the joint symposium, “Brave New World:  Are Old Laws and Regulations Keeping up with Advances in Medical Research and Innovation?”  on Friday, March 21 at the MSU College of Law!

 

The Human Research Protection Program is coordinating the afternoon program, “Who Owns Your Tissues?  Implications of Washington University vs. Catalona” from 1:30 P.M. – 4:00 P.M. at the MSU College of Law Castle Board Room. Mr. Brian Kaser, Adjunct Professor, MSU College of Law, Health Care Attorney, Kaser Law Firm, will present the case. The case introduction will be followed by a panel discussion, highlighting the implications of the case on human subject research protection.
